We're
pleased to announce the launch of a new web site:
www.ProjectManagementTools.com.
This site is a resource for participants in Crow Development Corporation's
Project Management and Process Mapping workshops and readers of Jeff Crow's
book, Applying Project Management in the Workplace. A password is required
to enter. To obtain your user name and password, complete the form at the
bottom of the home page of this site.
On
ProjectManagementTools.com you will find links to downloadable versions
of all the forms, checklists, and tools presented in the workshops or described
in the book. All forms, checklists, and tools are available in
Microsoft
Word or Microsoft Excel format (depending on the functionality
requirements
of the tool) and as *.PDF (print only) files. Once downloaded, you may
edit the tools to fit your specific requirements.
In
addition, there is access to online versions of the slide shows that
accompany
the workshops; the communication styles assessments reviewed in the workshops;
and, a bulletin board where you can post questions, suggestions and, comments.
The bulletin board is monitored and responses are posted daily.

This is the latest release from Experience In Software. We first came across Project KickStart about four years ago. At the time, it was the only piece of Project Management software that we felt could actually be used for the process of planning a project. This is still true today. This program offers a wide range of planning options and approaches. It is easy to use and highly flexible. Along with a number of interesting products, there is a trial version available for download from the Project KickStart web site.
ALLPM.com is an online newsletter on project management. Published approximately once a month, it provides articles, tips, and resources for project managers.
